What is the change? Employers are reminded that annual reporting and registration forms for both foreign and local employees are due no later than March 15.

What does the change mean? Completed forms must include details for all employees, regardless of nationality, who are employed by the company

Background: Employers in Senegal must fulfill annual reporting and registration requirements every year. Completed annual forms should be submitted to the Senegalese Labor Department. A more streamlined reporting process is available for companies with fewer than 50 employees.
