Immigration News - Costa Rica Entry stamp removed for Costa Rican nationals, residents Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) January 18, 2023 The Costa Rican government will no longer issue entry stamps to Costa Rican nationals and foreign residents entering the country. Key Points: Costa Rican nationals and resident foreigners will no longer receive entry stamps in their passports when traveling to the country by air or sea. Costa Rican nationals and resident foreigners can request their entry records through this website. Travelers’ passports will still be stamped when crossing land borders. More information regarding the removal of Costa Rica’s entry stamps is available here.
