Key Points: Beginning April 3, employers must apply for the TFWP using online Labor Market Impact Assessment applications. Individuals will be able to submit applications for the TFWP through this website. Processing times of LMIA applications will vary depending on the number of applications received by the TFWP. More information regarding the online LMIA application process is available here.
