Canada conducted its 30th Express Entry draw of the year Wednesday, issuing 2,750 invitations to apply for permanent residency. The lowest qualifying score was 446. What does the change mean? The number of invitations was the same as it was in the last two draws on Nov. 15 and Dec. 6. The qualifying score dropped slightly from 452 on Dec. 6. Overall, Canada continues to accept a high number of individuals for permanent residency.
