Immigration News - Canada COVID-19: Random on-arrival testing resumed Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) July 25, 2022 IMPACT – MEDIUM The Canadian government has resumed random, on-arrival COVID-19 testing for fully vaccinated air travelers. Key Points: As of July 19, fully vaccinated travelers entering the country through the Calgary International Airport, Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport or Vancouver International Airport may be randomly selected for on-arrival COVID-19 testing. Travelers will receive an email, including information on how to schedule a COVID-19 test, within 15 minutes of completing their customs declaration if they have been selected for on-arrival testing. The testing will be completed outside the airport via an in-person appointment or a virtual appointment with a self-administered test. Additional Information: Travelers continue to be required to use ArriveCAN within 72 hours before arrival.
