Australia | New online services for paper-based applications on ImmiAccount

Australia’s ImmiAccount now supports online services for Child, Other Family, Former Resident and New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship paper-based visa applications.

Key Points:

• Similar to the update for Parent visa applications, applicants must still apply using a paper form.
• The update allows applicants to import their application into ImmiAccount once the Department of Home Affairs has acknowledged receipt.
• Importing an application into ImmiAccount gives applicants access to a range of online services that make it easier to manage their application, including the ability to:
  • Attach additional documents to the application
  • Review correspondence
  • View the application status
