Nazish is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration law, including preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, permanent residency applications in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories, mergers and acquisitions, and navigating clients through complex immigration issues with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Prior to joining BAL, Nazish worked as an Associate Attorney at a global corporate immigration firm, handling a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for Fortune 100 corporations across industries, including telecommunications, technology, biopharmaceutical, and engineering. During law school, Nazish participated in the Immigration Law Clinic at Catholic Charities Archdiocese, where she represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal court on matters related to deportation defense, asylum representation, VAWA petitions and U visa applications. Nazish continues her pro bono endeavors through her involvement with the Human Rights Initiative and Aga Khan Foundation.
