Immigration News - United States USCIS requests information on barriers to immigration benefits, services Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) April 16, 2021 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has published a Request for Public Input seeking information from the public on how the agency can reduce barriers that prevent foreign citizens from easily obtaining access to immigration services and benefits. Key Points: Stakeholders have 30 days to submit comments in response to the notice via the Federal eRulemaking Portal. USCIS published the request for input in the Federal Register on Monday, April 19.
