The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently announced that it would extend Temporary Protected States (TPS) for Venezuela for 18 months, from Sept. 10, 2022, through March 24, 2024.
Key Points:
Additional Information: Venezuelans who are currently eligible for TPS under the existing designation but have not yet applied should file their applications before the September 9, 2022, application deadline, including Venezuelans who are covered under Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) set to expire July 20, 2022.
