The Polish government has expanded the business route of the Business Harbor Program.

Key Points:

  • Polish authorities opened the business route of the Business Harbor Program to all nationalities. Previously, only nationals of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine were eligible for the program.
  • The business route of the Business Harbor Program is reserved for companies that are designated as crucial to the Polish economy; Polish authorities have yet to provide a list of which companies will be marked as crucial.
  • To qualify for the program applicants must have the following documents:
    • A completed and signed visa application.
    • A current biometric photo and a passport that was issued within the previous 10 years and will remain valid for three months from the intended return date.
    • Medical insurance with coverage of at least 30,000€ for the duration of the visa.
    • Documentation confirming the purpose of the trip.

Additional Information: The Polish government established the Business Harbor Program to help freelancers, startups, subject matter experts and large companies move to Poland through a simplified visa process. More information on the Business Harbor Program can be found here.
