COVID-19: Government extends lockdown, flight, visa service suspensions

The government has extended the ongoing lockdown, as well as suspension of flights and all visa services.

• International flights are suspended until May 31.
• The Department of Immigration has suspended all visa services until May 18.

Background: The Department of Immigration issued the original announcement regarding flight and visa service suspensions last month. The department has indicated that expired visas will be updated once regular services resume.
