These sub-processors may handle client data in connection with their specified functions. Not all sub-processors listed are engaged for every client engagement. To confirm which sub-processors are utilized in support of your specific matter, please contact your BAL Relationship Partner.

You should also review your engagement agreement with BAL regarding your rights with respect to sub-processor selection and any changes BAL may make to this list.
