Aamna Aziz

Aamna is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office, managing employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. She supports corporate clients in the technology industry by strategizing seamless transitions for foreign national employees and helps identify and minimize risks for their businesses.

Aamna has more than five years of immigration experience, including expertise in various nonimmigrant visa types, immigrant cases and naturalization applications. Prior to BAL, she worked at boutique law firms on employment-based petitions, removal defense, humanitarian relief, family-based visas and waivers. She has handled complex immigration matters with various government agencies and successfully reopened cases that were wrongfully denied. Aamna has also represented clients in immigration court seeking relief from removal and completed bond proceedings to facilitate the release of detained individuals.

In her free time, Aamna is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family.
