Jessica Chong

Jessica is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office. She works on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Prior to BAL, Jessica handled family-based immigration cases representing clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She has extensive experience working on a wide array of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, EB-1, I-601, I-601A, I-485 and I-589 cases. During law school, Jessica interned at the National Immigrant Justice Center and Human Rights First. Before attending law school, she was a paralegal at a boutique immigration law firm.

Jessica is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Dallas Asian American Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, going to concerts and spending time with her two dogs, Dasom and Arwen.
