Katrina is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office, managing employment-based immigration matters for clients in the technology sector. She is experienced in preparing and filing I-140, L-1 and O-1 petitions, PERM applications and employment-based adjustment of status applications. Katrina has expertise in writing-intensive immigration matters and has successfully handled numerous EB-1, O-1 and national interest waiver cases as well as requests for evidence. Prior to BAL, Katrina was an associate attorney at a boutique immigration law firm for two years, concentrating on complex cases such as EB-1, O-1 and national interest waiver petitions. She also advised individual clients and technology startup founders. Earlier in her career, Katrina worked as a staff attorney at BAL for three years, where she managed a broad spectrum of employment-based immigration matters. Katrina is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, traveling to new places and reading.
