Shih-Han is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters, assisting employers and foreign nationals with a wide range of U.S. immigration processes. Prior to joining BAL, Shih-Han represented multinational corporations, startups, entrepreneurs, executives, researchers and highly skilled professionals in employment-based immigration matters. Her experience includes nonimmigrant visa petitions — such as H-1B, L-1, E-2 and TN — as well as immigrant visa matters — including PERM labor certifications, EB-2 national interest waivers, EB-1 petitions and other employment-based permanent residence processes. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Originally from Taiwan, Shih-Han brings a multicultural perspective to her practice and understands firsthand the challenges many foreign nationals face when navigating the U.S. immigration system. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their immigration goals through practical guidance and strategic solutions. Outside of work, Shih-Han enjoys gardening and caring for her plants. She is an avid dog lover who enjoys dog training and volunteering at the animal shelter. Shih-Han likes exploring different cultures, discovering new restaurants and spending time with her family.
