Amer Riaz

Amer is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, working on all aspects of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including adjustment of status, L-1 and TN. He is also responsible for responding to requests for evidence and representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Prior to BAL, Amer worked at a large immigration law firm as an associate attorney, handling immigrant and nonimmigrant visa cases and consular-based petitions. He is experienced in helping clients navigate the immigration process and working directly with U.S. consulates abroad to achieve successful outcomes in their cases.

Outside of work, Amer has a passion for horseback riding and is an advanced rider. He enjoys exploring new food spots and watching sports.
