Drake is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, specializing in nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for financial services and technology clients. Prior to BAL, Drake worked as an associate attorney handling employment- and family-based immigration cases, including PERM, H-1B, TN, E-3, F-1, adjustment of status, I-140, I-130, I-290B, requests for evidence and J-1 Conrad 30 waivers. He has over four years of immigration experience working with multinational technology and semiconductor companies, nonprofit medical research institutions and universities. Drake is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a former member of the International Medical Graduate Taskforce. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, cooking, grilling and being outdoors. Drake is the proud owner of a golden retriever named Dexter.
