Kailin Wu

Kailin is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office and is part of BAL’s Sports and Entertainment team. He represents businesses of all sizes and assists professional sports franchises and individual athletes in securing visas. Kailin handles nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, P-1, O-1, EB-1, PERM, adjustment of status and national interest waivers.

Prior to joining BAL, Kailin worked with large and small firms providing immigration services, including employment immigration, removal defense, family-based immigration and asylum.

Kailin has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2024. He likes spending his free time with his dog and playing tennis.
