Aaishwarya is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, managing high-volume caseloads of PERM, national interest waivers and H-1B visa matters for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 clients in the technology industry. She is a seasoned U.S. business immigration attorney with a strong focus on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.

Aaishwarya has extensive experience in drafting and filing petitions, responding to requests for evidence and advising employers and their foreign nationals on compliance. She has also worked on privacy, AI governance and regulatory compliance initiatives, advising on data protection considerations, internal governance frameworks, policy development and risk management for environments involving advanced technologies and cross-border workforce mobility. She regularly collaborates with human resources, in-house legal counsel, privacy and compliance teams to ensure alignment with U.S. immigration regulations, data protection requirements and corporate compliance obligations.
