Emily Corbeille

Emily is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Tysons office, working on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for clients in the technology industry. She has experience with cases involving H-1B visas, L-1 visas, I-140 petitions, adjustments of status and requests for evidence.

Prior to BAL, Emily worked in various immigration spaces, including working full time in an employment-based immigration firm in Michigan, spending a few semesters with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and working as a research fellow for the International Center for Law and Economics.

Emily is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In her free time, you might find her perfecting her golf swing or practicing her dance moves.
