Brianna Lloyd

Brianna is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office, working on nonimmigrant visas with a focus on H-1B.

Prior to BAL, Brianna was a student practitioner during her third year of law school in the immigration section of the Loyola clinic. She assisted families and individuals in navigating asylum applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, adjustment of status and other forms of relief. She also represented an asylum-seeking client during their asylum hearing in the New Orleans Immigration Court, gaining extensive experience preparing briefs, evidence and other documentation to prepare a strong case.

Outside of work, Brianna enjoys live music, finding new restaurants and coffee shops, and working on arts and crafts. She also likes to spend time with her two cats, Sebastian and Prince.
