Dane Browner

Dane is the Director of Talent Acquisition in BAL’s Dallas office. He oversees all aspects of recruiting, with a particular focus on scaling organizations by attracting, engaging and hiring top talent. Dane is deeply passionate about inclusive hiring practices, exceptional candidate experiences and partnering with leaders to build teams that drive long-term success.

Prior to joining BAL, Dane began his career as a recruiter and evolved into a dynamic leader with a proven track record of contributing to global recruiting transformations across multiple Fortune 500 companies. His insights on recruiting, organizational development and workplace culture have been shared at numerous panels, conferences and speaking engagements.

A proud graduate of Georgia Southern University, Dane maintains an active relationship with his alma mater and serves on alumni boards. He is also a committed community service leader and believes that every day is a good day — because the day is what you make it.

Outside of work, Dane enjoys traveling, music, all things food and a good bourbon drink. He is also a fan of sports and is a referee for high school and college basketball.
