Kadir Bayindir

Kadir is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, focusing on employment-based immigration matters for a global technology company.

Before joining BAL, Kadir practiced at a national immigration law firm, handling family-based, humanitarian-based and removal defense cases. He represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Immigration Court in Dallas. During law school, Kadir volunteered with nonprofit organizations, offering legal support on humanitarian immigration issues. He is dedicated to helping foreign nationals navigate complex immigration processes.
