Cindy Scribe

Cindy is a Senior Associate in BAL’s San Francisco office, specializing in all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She represents employers of all sizes in diverse industries such as technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, beverages, advertising and design.

Cindy has spent over 25 years practicing corporate immigration law and helping clients navigate complex immigration issues with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She has extensive experience with treaty-based visa matters as well as permanent residency applications under EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based visa categories. Prior to joining BAL, Cindy gained diverse experience working for both boutique firms and large global firms.

Cindy has been recognized as a California State Bar certified specialist in Immigration and Nationality law for over 12 years. Cindy is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the San Francisco Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including two teenage daughters, traveling, running, community volunteering and engaging in equestrian pursuits with her horse.
