Peter Choi

Peter is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Tysons office, where he works on a wide range of immigration matters, including PERM, adjustment of status and various categories of both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.

Peter has experience advising companies of different sizes, from startups to multinational corporations, and across a range of industries, including banking, insurance, auction and technology. He finds fulfillment in helping others navigate the intricacies of the U.S. immigration system and making them feel as comfortable as possible along the way.

Peter has authored several pieces on immigration law and serves on the editorial board of the AILA Law Journal, the scholarly publication of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Outside of work, Peter enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family. Some of the countries he has visited include Iceland, South Korea and Uzbekistan.
