Kimberly John

Kimberly is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office. She works with small-to-large clients, advising them on their nonimmigrant employment visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Kimberly worked with multiple leading law firms, advising clients across industries, including technology, healthcare, finance and engineering. She has extensive experience with a wide range of nonimmigrant visa categories, including H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1, TN, J-1 and E visas. Kimberly also has experience with adjustment of status applications and has managed complex requests for evidence from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Outside of work, Kimberly is interested in Latin dance and reading.
