Key Points: Impacted services include the issuing of visas and entry permits and dispatch services for delivering travel documents outside of Hong Kong. The impacted service fees will see a range of 3% to 51% increases. The fee increases will go into effect Sept. 8, 2025. The full list of impacted services and fee changes can be viewed here. Additional Information: A government spokesperson shared that immigration service fees are set to recover the cost of providing goods and services and that the current fees are not adequate for full cost recovery.
