Kritika Bedi

Kritika is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office. She works on all aspects of employment-based immigrant visa matters and is experienced in PERM and adjustment of status applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Kritika worked at a boutique immigration law firm, overseeing employment- and family-based immigration cases. She represented employers of all sizes in a diverse range of industries, including technology, manufacturing and financial institutions. Kritika also assisted clients in nonimmigrant and immigrant matters through processes in the U.S. and in consulates abroad. Her experience also includes incorporating and managing an immigration startup firm.

Kritika is involved in pro bono community service and mentors young legal professionals. She also supports human rights and mental health causes. In her free time, Kritika enjoys reading a good book.

Kritika is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
