Key Points: Starting May 29, 2025, only the Jan. 20, 2025, edition of certain forms will be accepted, including: Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) The April 1, 2024, editions of Forms I-821, I-821D and I-90, and the Aug. 28, 2024, edition of Form I-765 can be used until May 29.
