Heba is an Associate in the Atlanta office of BAL, where she advises multinational corporations and medium-sized businesses on all aspects of employment-based immigration. She has extensive experience with a wide range of nonimmigrant visa categories, including H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1, TN and E visas. On the immigrant visa side, Heba is knowledgeable about PERM labor certification applications, EB-2 national interest waiver petitions, EB-1 applications and adjustment of status filings. She is also skilled in responding to complex government requests and challenges before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of State.

Before joining BAL, Heba worked at leading law firms, where she advised Fortune 500 companies across industries, including technology, healthcare, finance and engineering. As an immigrant herself, she offers a unique perspective and deep empathy for the challenges foreign nationals face throughout the immigration process. Heba is dedicated to making the experience as smooth as possible for both employers and employees by leveraging strategic and innovative solutions. She helps companies secure employment authorization for their global workforce while ensuring compliance with evolving immigration regulations.
