Gina Carias

Gina is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office. She works on various employment-based U.S. immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. She has extensive experience working with U.S. and global immigration cases.

Prior to joining BAL, Gina worked for a global immigration law firm and served as the in-house legal program manager for pharmaceutical and technology companies. She oversaw immigration law services, including the review of strategies, policies and protocols. She also worked with stakeholders to build robust and compliant immigration programs.

Gina has volunteered extensively, including leading pro bono activities with Catholic Charities in support of U visa applications and working with Amnesty International on Latin American and African issues. She enjoys traveling, getting to know other cultures and spending time with her family.
