Amy Cowley

Amy is the Growth & Strategy Manager in BAL’s Dallas office. She is responsible for developing and executing business strategies for continued growth, market expansion and client diversification. Amy drives portfolio growth through prospecting new clients and engaging with existing clients to further enhance relationships. Working closely with firm leadership and marketing, she partners to influence brand strategy and awareness.

Previously at BAL, Amy was in a client relationships role as a trusted advisor to her respective client’s overall immigration program. Her career includes a range of experience as a human resources professional, including global mobility work specializing in technology implementations, consulting and operational client service. She also has expertise in the broader total rewards area supporting global compensation and benefits initiatives. Amy has worked in various industries, including beverage, pharmaceutical, media, consumer goods and manufacturing, and oil and energy.
