Tresa is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, where she advises clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa types, including L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, TN and EB-1C petitions as well as adjustment of status applications. Tresa has extensive experience representing clients in both family-based and employment-based visa matters. Versatile in English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam, she demonstrated a talent for immigration law during law school when she clerked as a student attorney working on employment-based visas and responses to complex requests for evidence from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Her curricular and extracurricular achievements, as well as her substantial contributions to her law school’s international community, were distinguished by the Philadelphia Bar Association. Tresa is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
