Mustafa Amil

Mustafa is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. He has a broad range of experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based law, advising both corporate clients and their employees. Mustafa offers counsel on visa petitions as well as the permanent residency process. He specifically focuses on H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, EB-1C, PERM labor certification and national interest waivers.

Mustafa is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
