The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced a new 18-month designation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Cameroon.
Key Points:
Additional Information: DHS said it designated Cameroon under TPS due to the extreme violence between government forces and armed separatists and widespread destruction of civilian infrastructure resulting in economic instability, food insecurity and several hundred thousand displaced Cameroonians. BAL will provide additional information once the Federal Register notice is published.
