The Spanish government has suspended the issuance of permits and visas under the Entrepreneurs Act for Russian nationals and their dependents.

BAL Analysis: Spain joins a number of other European countries that have suspended certain visas and permits for Russian nationals. Employers and employees are reminded that actions taken as a result of the invasion of Ukraine may change with little or no notice.
