Chad is a Senior Associate at BAL’s Dallas office and an expert in employment-based immigration. Focused on all visa categories, he has extensive experience managing H-1B, E, L and TN employees, and navigates permanent residency program complexities. He has worked with multinationals in different sectors, such as technology, real estate and engineering.

Chad is passionate about helping BAL continue to innovate in corporate immigration and continuously leverages our people and technology to set the standard in our field. He also hopes to hike Patagonia one day.
