Claudia Areyzaga

Claudia is an associate based in the Dallas office of BAL. She is experienced in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, handling cases such as H-1Bs, PERM, I-140s and adjustment of status applications. Prior to joining BAL, Claudia worked as an immigration lawyer specializing in family-based petitions and removal defense cases. During law school, Claudia was a student attorney with the Center for Legal and Social Justice’s Immigration Clinic. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, Luka.
