Tracy Taylor

Tracy is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She provides strategic and legal counsel to corporate clients and their employees on many aspects of business immigration law. She provides assistance with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications and petitions to facilitate initial employment, employee transfers, and permanent residency in the U.S. Tracy has represented foreign nationals and immigrant investors with cross-border and business immigration matters, and her clients are representative of all major industry sectors, including aerospace, energy, and telecommunications. Tracy routinely speaks at events across East Asia to provide insight into emerging immigration trends and policy changes.

Prior to joining BAL, Tracy was a senior attorney in the immigration department of a Los Angeles-based law firm. She is proficient in Spanish.
