Tracy Taylor

Tracy is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She provides strategic and legal counsel to corporate clients and their employees on many aspects of business immigration law, including assistance with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications and petitions to facilitate initial employment, employee transfers, and permanent residency in the U.S.

Tracy has represented foreign nationals and immigrant investors with cross-border and business immigration matters across major industry sectors. In particular, she focuses on aerospace, energy, and telecommunications. Tracy also routinely speaks at events across East Asia to provide insight into emerging immigration trends.
