Stephanie is a Partner and co-head of BAL's Dallas office. She specializes in providing large multinational corporations with strategies and solutions to meet their talent and mobility needs. Stephanie is enthusiastic about building multifaceted programs that provide in-depth, personal and efficient immigration support to employees going through the immigration process.

Her practice encompasses all elements of employment-based immigration including nonimmigrant, immigrant and PERM processes, and currently includes various industries such as advisory and consulting, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical manufacturing and information technology.

Stephanie also enjoys working on a wide-variety of unique matters requiring intensive advocacy, including self-sponsored green cards, family-based immigration and restoring status for individuals who find themselves out of status through no fault of their own. She has also worked on a variety of pro bono matters.

Outside of work, Stephanie loves musical theater and live concerts, and spends as much time as she can visiting her mother and extended family in Portugal.
