Stephanie is a Partner in the Dallas office of BAL. Her practice focuses on assisting both large multinational corporations as well as small start-up companies with planning and executing immigration strategies to meet their talent needs. She has represented companies in a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, e-Commerce, cosmetics, information technology, research and advisory, as well as high-profile individuals in the entertainment industry, and individuals seeking self-sponsored green cards on the basis of extraordinary ability.
Stephanie manages complex and immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and works closely with the Global Mobility departments of large corporations to optimize processes and establish policies for program improvement while providing highly individualized service to employees going through the green card process. She has served as a Liaison to Customs and Border Protection at Boston’s Logan Airport through the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Prior to joining BAL, Stephanie practiced in the Boston office of a large global immigration law firm. Stephanie has also provided pro bono representation to survivors of domestic violence, asylum seekers and unaccompanied minors through various organizations.
