“I was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in the U.S. My parents came here for their children's education and to find the American dream. As an immigrant myself, I wish to help others who are on the same journey, which is incredibly fulfilling.”

Soo is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration law, including preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications including permanent residency applications in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories. She helps clients navigate through complex immigration issues with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Prior to joining BAL, she worked at a law firm focused on providing fully integrated biopharma/biotech business development and licensing services and interned at the Federal District Court of Claims and the Alabama Supreme Court. Soo loves spending time with her family, hiking, and discovering new places to eat.
