Sebastien is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States.

Prior to joining BAL, Sebastien worked at several Boston-based law firms focusing on immigration law. At his last employment, Sebastien’s practice focused on assisting clients with various non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, PERM, I-140s, and AOS.

Sebastien immigrated to the United States from Haiti and learned first-hand the challenges of the U.S immigration system. He decided to pursue Immigration law to help other immigrants navigate this complex and ever-changing system. Sebastien is multilingual and is able to communicate directly with clients in French and Haitian Creole.
