Sarah is an Associate in the Tysons office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She provides guidance to clients on various employment-based immigration matters and represents them before numerous government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State. She has extensive experience with nonimmigrant visas, including E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, and TN.

Having worked in the private, federal, and nonprofit sectors, Sarah gained a broad perspective of immigration while counseling multiple Fortune 500 companies; interning with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Assistant Chief Counsel, during her legal studies; and providing pro bono services to refugees seeking resettlement in the United States. Sarah received the Minority Bar Association of Western New York Award as a result of her passion and commitment to effectuating changes within the legal system that address the needs of the minority community.
