Rei is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Rei has experience in a broad range of U.S. immigration law, with a focus on employment-based and investment-based immigration. Rei counsels corporate clients and individuals on immigration matters and represent them before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State. She has spoken to the media and accepted interviews to speak about U.S. immigration and specifically investment immigration. She is bilingual and can read and write in Mandarin Chinese.
Prior to joining BAL, Rei practiced with a well-established immigration law firm headquartered in Silicon Valley and clerked with the Honorable Judge at the Superior Court of California.
