Nathan is an Associate in BAL’s Denver office, where he advises clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Nathan has wide experience advising mid- to large-sized corporations on global mobility program management and strategy, including employers in the technology, telecommunications, engineering and construction industries. His concentrations include E-2, E-3, EB-1, F-1, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM and I-485 applications. During law school, he clerked for several federal government agencies. Nathan is a former Division I athlete. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
