Mashall is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States.

Mashall began her immigration career at BAL’s Houston office on the US legal team. Prior to her return to BAL, Mashall worked as a law clerk for a global corporate immigration firm handling a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, including responses to complex government challenges and appeals for Fortune 100 corporations across the telecommunications, technology, and engineering industries.

During law school, Mashall served as a judicial intern for the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, where she worked at immigration courts in New York City and Houston. She also participated in the inaugural year of SMU’s Immigration Detention Clinic, providing valuable legal assistance to detained immigrant women and children. Lastly, Mashall served as Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review and cofounded the South Asian Law Students Association student organization.
