Lauren Davis

Lauren is an associate attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She primarily handles nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B and L-1, for clients in the tech industry. Prior to joining BAL, Lauren handled a wide variety of employment-based and investment-based visa processes through her work with a local immigration law firm in Austin, Texas.

Lauren received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. During her final year, she served as Executive Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. She was also involved with the UT Law Immigration Clinic, through which she had the privilege to work with clients seeking humanitarian immigration relief. Prior to law school, Lauren graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oklahoma with a double major in Letters and Classical Languages.
