Kyle is a Senior Associate in the Austin office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. His practice focuses on all areas of employment-based immigration law, including providing counsel on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, supporting clients on immigration program management and policy development, and fostering solutions for complex immigration issues. Kyle develops and executes immigration strategies for corporations through his extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining BAL, Kyle was a senior attorney at a national law firm in Austin, Texas, and represented several multinational corporations on their U.S. immigration matters. He is proficient in Spanish and enjoys playing soccer as a hobby.
