Krystal Kirst

Krystal is a Senior Associate in the Tysons office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, advising corporate clients on all business immigration-related matters. She has over eight years of experience in the field and is well versed in U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including but not limited to H, L, O, E-3, TN, B, PERM, I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-751, I-90, DS-160, DS-260, and N-400.

Krystal began her immigration experience as a paralegal while pursuing her law degree. She has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, tech start-ups, and everything in between. She uses this knowledge and experience to provide creative strategies to ensure her clients are able to employ the best and brightest.
