Krystal is a Senior Associate in the Tysons office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, advising corporate clients on all business immigration-related matters. She has over eight years of experience in the field and is well versed in U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including but not limited to H, L, O, E-3, TN, B, PERM, I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-751, I-90, DS-160, DS-260, and N-400.
Krystal began her immigration experience as a paralegal while pursuing her law degree. She has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, tech start-ups, and everything in between. She uses this knowledge and experience to provide creative strategies to ensure her clients are able to employ the best and brightest. Krystal strives to provide exceptional service in everything thing she does.
